Zillow announced that they are falling back from buying houses for at least the next 30 days. Redfin and Opendoor stated last week that they would not be buying houses either over the next 30 days or so too.

Here in the Nashville real estate market, it has been so hard to compete with these iBuyers or institutional buyers like Opendoor and Redfin because they buy houses with cash money and cash is king.

A lot of first-time buyers get completely shut out and have no chance of competing against these iBuyers. With these cash buyers out of the market right now, there’s no better time to buy if you can.

The Nashville Tornado 2020 swept through the Nashville TN area just over a week ago and completely destroyed some neighborhoods. The damage is massive and we still have some people who are without a place to call home. But we are #NashvilleStrong and we will bounce back.
