First off, my husband told the FACTS. We don't tell stories. Stories are for babies who get emotional and thrive off of... make-believe. You state in your ads that you are open, available, and you're not like others who don't answer their phone which is false advertising. Our phone conversations gave me high hopes and which exemplifies you love to sell stories instead of homes. You can post what you want but of course you're only going to post whatever will make you look good. I made it clear that we are new to Nashvile and did not understand the procedures to renting here; nor buying. I also reminded you that we are parents and our persistence to find a home here is all about our children's safety and well-being. Our persistence obviously intimidated you and your husband. I never said that Nashville was "the problem". According to your texts, your husband had the "problem" with my husband and never met him. We also offered an apology if we offended/intimidated you and your husband. You avoided, ignored, and overlooked that opportunity like an emotional teenager and took no accountability. You should say to yourself in a mirror "common sense is not common". Your lack of common sense is what made you get personal, emotional, and lost in your feelings. You told me you and your family was sick and I figured my patience meant respect. Obviously you do not possess neither characteristic; nor does your husband if you two are judging people you never met. Bottom line is if you wanted to resolve this issue, you would have handled it in person like a businesswoman; face to face and communicated verbally what you needed to make clear instead of texting and typing excuses and "stories" behind devices. Rhonda Burgess is a disappointment. I contacted her based upon her misleading my wife. She had us thinking she was... friendly, courteous, and morally sound. Instead she got all into her feelings and misjudged our character. We contacted her because her Youtube videos were very welcoming. Instead of treating us like human beings, she treated us like nobodies. I am very disappointed and would not recommend her to anyone I know. I assume she is only respectful to people who she knows or kisses a** very well. Either way, she's a fraud to me.read more
